An invitation to imagine Singapore in 2040

The film begins with the reasons people travel and opens into a future vision of Singapore. Existing destination footage and human moments provide a familiar starting point for the imagined environments that follow.

A storyboard that distinguishes footage from invention

The client storyboard identifies existing footage, stock and scenes to be built in 3D. This gives the film a practical route from the Singapore people know to a speculative vision of the city, while keeping people and experiences central to the story.

Refining the future city

Revised Orchard Road styleframe from the client deck, 17 March 2025. Artist’s impression of a future environment.

The later styleframes refine specific places rather than treating the future as one generic skyline. Landscaped architecture, public space and carefully scaled activity connect the larger vision to experiences a visitor could picture. The finished film combines these imagined environments with live footage.
